Inductance Converters
12 conversion pages for inductance units, each with its exact factor, the formula and a reference table.
The Inductance Converters collection covers 12 pages of inductance units — one page for each ordered pair of units, so there is nothing to configure before you get an answer.
There is one page per direction. A dual-dropdown converter is fewer pages but a worse answer: the examples, the reference table and the rounding advice on “Henries to Microhenries” are all specific to that pairing, and none of it survives being made generic.
Every page states the exact factor it uses, writes the formula out in full, and shows the arithmetic applied to real numbers rather than only handing you an answer. Where a factor is defined rather than measured — an inch is exactly 25.4 mm, a pound exactly 0.45359237 kg — the page says so, so you can see the result is exact and not a rounded approximation of an approximation.
This collection reaches across henries, millihenries, microhenries and nanohenries. Sitting in Electrical & Electronics Units, it links back to the sibling collections that share its units, so a chain of conversions never needs a second tab.
